Jerozolimskie 133 between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"272\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"45\">Can\u2019t collect your certificate in person?<\/strong><br data-start=\"45\" data-end=\"48\" \/>If you did not select a delivery option during registration and are unable to collect your certificate from our office, don\u2019t worry!
