TKT – Teaching Knowledge Test
TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) exams are designed for teachers and students of language studies who wish to gain additional professional qualifications, as well as individuals considering a teaching career. The TKT exam portfolio includes:
- TKT Young Learners (YL) – an exam for individuals specializing in teaching children aged 6-12

- TKT Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) – an exam for individuals specializing in teaching other subjects in English
The TKT CLIL exam consists of 80 questions and lasts 80 minutes. Familiarize yourself with the TKT CLIL sample test and download the TKT CLIL handbook.
Join our TKT CLIL course at the Lang Teacher Training Centre, which prepares you for the TKT CLIL exam.
- TKT, Modules 1, 2, 3 and TKT Knowledge About Language (KAL) – exams for individuals whose goal is to consolidate methodological and linguistic knowledge and obtain the appropriate certificate.
