The objective of the Platinum Examination Centre is to provide our clients with professional service of the highest quality that exceeds your expectations. We achieve this by listening to our clients’ needs and promptly delivering practical, clear and accurate information.
We strive to ensure the highest service standards. To this end, we regularly measure customer satisfaction and carefully analyze the results of this research. We act quickly to resolve any problems or concerns as soon as they arise.

  • Exam guidance is readily available. We provide our partners with the necessary support in preparing for Cambridge English exams.

  • We ensure complete transparency and accessibility of information about exam costs and any additional fees, such as late registration fees.

Our standards

When you call us:

  • We try to answer calls as quickly as possible. We always introduce ourselves and, if possible, provide a complete answer to the question asked.
  • If we do not know the answer to a question, we record the question received and respond within 2 working days. If the requested person is not currently present, we transfer the call to another person who will be able to provide a competent answer.
  • If you leave a message during office hours, we will call you back within three working hours.

When you write to us:

  • We try to respond as quickly as possible, but no later than within 2 working days.
  • If you wish to file a complaint about the exam process, please report it immediately after the test to the person conducting the exam or contact us at the earliest possible opportunity at egzaminy@lang.com.pl and describe the situation. We will respond to your report within 2 working days. For matters requiring detailed investigation, the deadline for responding to a complaint is a maximum of 30 days from receiving all information about the course of events. During this time, we continuously inform about progress in the investigation.
  • We check our email boxes regularly on working days.

When you visit us:

  • Our office is open on weekdays from 10:00-15:00. A staff member present on site will answer all your exam-related questions.

Cambridge Assessment English exam administration at the Platinum Examination Centre

  • Candidates receive confirmation of registration at least 5 working days before the exam (unless it is a late registration, so-called late entry).
  • Candidates are informed about the possibility of collecting their certificate or its dispatch to the address provided during registration no later than 3 working days after receiving them from Cambridge.
